Frequently Asked Questions

Subheading

How fast can I start?

Once your profile is complete and verification is approved, you can start applying/accepting shifts.

How much experience do I need?

Entry-level and experienced workers are both welcome. Matching is based on the role requirements and your verified tickets.

What safety training and equipment is provided?

Site-specific inductions are provided before shifts. Core PPE requirements are listed with each job and can be supplied where needed.

Am I an employee or contractor?

This depends on the assignment setup. Your onboarding and job details clearly state engagement type, payroll handling and obligations.

Can I set my own rates?

Rates are role-based and visible before you accept. This keeps pricing clear and compliant for both workers and hirers.
